In organization with the European Commission by the TAIEX instrument in cooperation with the Commission for Protection of the Right to Free Access to Public Information, in 28.09.2012 (Friday), in hotel Arka, Skopje, at 09:30h, will be held one day international workshop for the criteria of the harm test with the aim to establish the exemptions of the Right to Free Access to Public Information. With this event the Commission will mark the international day of the free access to public information ‘’ I HAVE THE RIGHT TO KNOW’’.
The president of the Commission for Protection of the Right to Free Access to Public Information Mr. Pece Tashevski will open the workshop and will greet the attendees.
Mr. Karl Viper, senior officer for politics in the Commissioner office for Information of the UK, in front of the attendees will speak on topic ‘’ HARM TEST AND THE TEST OF THE PUBLIC INTEREST PURSUE TO THE ACT OF THE FREEDOM OF THE INFORMATION AND THE REGULATION OF THE ENVIROMENT’’.
Its speech he will substantiate with example from the practice and case study.
Mrs Tina Krajger,  from the office of the Commissioner of  Republic Slovenia, will elaborate the solution of the harm test and the test of public interest contained in the Slovenian Law for the access to public information,.
The investigator of the office of the commissioner for information of Republic Ireland, Mr Derek Charles, will talk about the Irish Law for the freedom of information and harm test.
Along the members of the commission, and the employers of the Secretariat, in the workshop are invited representatives and officials for the implementation of the public information, from the Ministry of Justice, the General Secretariat of the Government of RM, Secretariat for the implementation of the framework agreement, municipals of RM, sectors of land registry of real estate and other institutions.
