– offers support to the Government in realization of the strategic priority related to obligations deriving from the Framework Agreement and especially for providing equitable and adequate representation of citizens belonging to all communities in the state administration bodies and other public institutions;
– oversees the decentralization process through the Action Plan for decentralization and public administration reform and in other areas that are directly or indirectly related to the implementation of the Framework Agreement;
– develops an Action Plan for preparation of projects from the Framework Agreement and coordination of its implementation and their overseeing;
– offers support to working bodies included in the process of realization of obligations deriving from the implementation of the Framework Agreement;
– works on providing necessary human resources for realization of the process of implementation of the Framework Agreement;
