MASOVKAAccording to the determined annual plan and programme, today in the premises of the Commission for Protection of the Right to Free Access to Public Information, was held the first of the fourth planned trainings for officials in March.
   With the training of the topic: ,,Right of free access to public information”, were encompassed persons obligated to mediate with public information that have the state institutions, and that realized the teachers from the Secretariat of the Commission. State institutions are subject that from the beginning of the implementation of the Law are confronted with greatest number of received requests, and than raising the degree of familiarity and knowledge of the officials for the problem that treats the LFAPI, it may be valuable meaning for more successful realization of the obligation that emanate from it, was pointed out in the meeting.
   The attendees were acquainted with the history and the development of the right of free access to public information in Macedonia, as well the provisions of the Law, with which the officials deepen their own knowledge and for the procedure of requested public information, complaint and misdemeanor procedure, as well with the obligation of the information holders to prepare Annual report . With proactive participation of the attendees, were reviewed and few current examples from the requests that were directed to the address of the state administration.
