ЦЕЕЕЕЕЕToday in the Academy for judges and public prosecutors in Skopje, was held Seminar of:,, Free Access to public information and protection of personal data’’, where attended presidents and judges from the appellate courts, from the principal courts and principal public prosecutor from Republic of Macedonia.
   The legal framework in the right of free access to public information, Docent Dr.Iskra Akimovska Maletich, professor of the Faculty of Security Studies , Skopje presented the correlation with the right for protection of personal data. On the topic: ,, National right of free access to public information, current experiences from the application’’, spoke Cvetan Stanoeski from the Commission for protection of the right of free access to public information.
   Dr. Dobrinka Borisovka Gospodinova from the Directorate for protection of personal data referred to the national right for protection of personal data, with special accent of the protection of personal data and medias, as well of the access to judicial decisions and right of anonymity, i.e. publication of court judgments in Internet.
