With the today training which was held in the premises of the Commission for Protection of the Right to Free Access to Public Information, the training cycle finished which was intended for officials in charge of mediating public information. In the training participated officials from state and health institutions, from legal and natural entity which execute public authorizations, as well from public enterprises and institutions. The cycle of the training had on purpose to raise the awareness for the meaning of this right where the citizens as requesters may use it, as well to raise the degree of the implementation of the Law in practise by the officials. The topic of the same were: ,, The right of free access to public information,,.The trainings were held by officials from the Secretariat of the Commission, who familiarized the attendees with the history and the development of the right of free access to public information and with the presentation of the Law by practical examples. By interactive access, officials were familiarized with the procedure on requesting public information, with the procedure of the complaint and the procedure of misdemeanour, as well the preparation of Annual Report, as legal obligation of the owner of the information. In the same were elaborated examples from the practise, by which officials brought their view and stances for requests directed to the address of their institutions.
