In the premises of the Directorate for Protection of Personal Data, in accordance with the Action plan for open governmental partnership today was held training for implementation of the Law on Free Access to Public Information, Law on protection of personal data, as well the application of technical and organizational measures to ensure secrecy and protection of the elaboration of personal data.
The training was realized by experts from the Secretariat of the Commission and from the Directorate for Protection of Personal Data, and the same was intended for persons nominated from state institutions who are in charge for the implementation of the Action plan for open governmental partnership.
With the raise of the degree of the familiarity of the participants of the training with the provisions of the two mentioned Laws, the attendees were interested which information are more requested from the institutions, and after the given information to the requesters, are the institutions obliged to publish information on their web pages or bulletin boards.
