The Commission for Protection of the Right to Free Access to Public Information (CPRFAPI), on its 85th session, held on June 10 2008, adopted 4 decisions.

The CPRFAPI decided on the complaint in the case Complaint filed by T.A. from Veles against the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Internal Affairs Sector, Veles, in the case Request for access to public information, based on Article 28 and Article 32 of the Law on Free Access to Public Information adopted the following.

DECISION

The Complaint filed by T.A. from Veles against the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Internal Affairs Sector, Veles, in the case Request for access to public information ACCEPTED and Ministry of Internal Affairs is obligated to issue all the requested information within 15 days from the day of receiving of the information.

LEGAL ADVICE: A complaint can be filed against this Decision in an administrative procedure at the Administrative Court, within 30 days of receiving of this Decision.

President of the Assembly of the Ecology Association “Eco-Mission” from Skopje against the Ministry of Ecology, in the case Request for access to public information, based on Article 28 and Article 32 of the Law on Free Access to Public Information adopted the following.

DECISION

The Complaint filed by P.B., President of the Assembly of the Ecological Association “Eco-Mission” from Skopje against the Ministry of Ecology, in the case Request for access to public information is ACCEPTED and the Ministry of Ecology is obligated to issue all the requested information within 15 days from the day of receiving of the information.

The CPRFAPI decided on the complaint in the case Complaint filed by B.B. from Skopje, against the Political Party “Alliance of Tito’s Left Forces” from Skopje, in the case Request for access to public information, based on Article 28 and Article 32 of the Law on Free Access to Public Information adopted the following.

DECISION

The Complaint filed by B.B. from Skopje, against the Political Party “Alliance of Tito’s Left Forces” from Skopje in the case Request for access to public information is DENIED as ungrounded.
