The Commission for Protection of the Right to Free Access to Public Information (CPRFAPI), on its 80st session, held on May 12 2008, adopted 3 decisions and 1 conclusion.
1. The CPRFAPI decided on the complaint in the case Complaint filed by V.N. and submitted by the authorized person B.S.S. from Saraj village, Skopje against State Institute for Geodesy-Sector for Cadastre, Skopje, in the case Request for access to public information, based on Article 28 and Article 32 of the Law on Free Access to Public Information, adopted the following
DECISION
The Complaint filed by V.N. and submitted by the authorized person B.S.S. from Saraj village, Skopje against State Institute for Geodesy-Sector for Cadastre, Skopje is ACCEPTED and the State Institute for Geodesy-Sector for Cadastre, Skopje is obligated to issue all the requested documents “All the documents from the case 1111/340 from 25.10.2004, Request for measuring of K.P.”, within 15 days from the day of receiving of the information.

2. The CPRFAPI decided on the complaint in the case Complaint filed by V.U. against Basic Court Skopje 2, Skopje in the case Request for access to public information, based on Article 28 and Article 32 of the Law on Free Access to Public Information, and adopted the following

The Complaint filed by V.N. against the Basic Court Skopje 2, Skopje in the case Request for access to public information is DENIED.

3. The CPRFAPI decided on the complaint submitted by R.A.S. from Skopje, in the case Request for accessing public information against the Municipalities of Karpos and Aerodrom based on Article 28 and Article 32 of the Law on Free Access to Public Information, adopted the following
DECISION
The complaint submitted by R.A.S. from Skopje, against municipalities of Karpos and Aerodrom in the case Request for accessing public information is DENIED as unacceptable.

4. The CPRFAPI decided on the complaint submitted by R.A.S. from Skopje, in the case Request for accessing public information against the Municipality of Centre based on Article 28 and Article 32 of the Law on Free Access to Public Information, adopted the following
DECISION
The complaint submitted by R.A.S. from Skopje, against municipality of Centre in the case Request for accessing public information is DENIED as unacceptable.

5. The CPRFAPI decided on the complaint submitted by N.A. against the State Institute for Geodesy, Sector for Cadastre, in the case Request for accessing public information, and based on Article 247, Line 2 of the Law on Free Access to Public Information, adopted the following
CONCLUSION
The procedure on the complaint submitted by N.A. to the Commission no. 07-265/1 from 19.03.2008 against the State Institute for Geodesy, Sector for Cadastre-Skopje, is being CLOSED because the complaint was withdrawn.
