The Commission for Protection of the Right to Free Access to Public Information (CPRFAPI), on its 81st session, held on May 23 2008, adopted 3 decisions.
1. The CPRFAPI decided on the complaint submitted by I.J. from Skopje, in the case Request for accessing public information against the State Audit Office, and based on Article 28 and Article 32 of the Law on Free Access to Public Information, adopted the following
DECISION
The complaint submitted by I.J. from Skopje, in the case Request for accessing public information is ACCEPTED against the State Audit Office and the case is returned for a second review to the first degree organ.
LEGAL ADVICE: A complaint can be filed against this Decision in an administrative procedure at the Administrative Court, within 30 days of receiving of this Decision.
2. The CPRFAPI decided on the complaint submitted by T.A. against the SSOU “Kole Nedelkovski” from Veles, in the case Request for accessing public information, and in accordance to the Law on Free Access to Public Information, adopted the following
DECISION
The complaint submitted by T.A. against SSOU “Kole Nedelkovski” from Veles, in the case Request for accessing public information is ACCEPTED and the SSOU “Kole Nedelkovski” from Veles is obligated to issue the requested information in a way determined in the request within 15 days from the day of receiving of the request.

3. The CPRFAPI decided on the complaint submitted by N.A. against the State Institute for Geodesy, Sector for Cadastre, in the case Request for accessing public information, and based on Article 28 and Article 32 of the Law on Free Access to Public Information, adopted the following
DECISION
The complaint submitted by N.A. against the State Institute for Geodesy, Sector for Cadastre-Skopje, in the case Request for accessing public information in the case Request for accessing public information is ACCEPTED and the State Institute for Geodesy, Sector for Cadastre-Skopje is obligated to grant access to the requested information “Complete review of the documentation, for request 1118/5848 submitted on 03.10.2007 for objects on KP 2520/1-Centre II starting from 1995 year until today” to the applicant, within 15 days from the day of receiving of the Decision in a form and manner determined in the request.
