The Commission for Protection of the Right to Free Access to Public Information and the State Administrative Inspectorate will hold a workshop “Right to Administrative Surveillance”, on March 12, at 10 o’clock at the Club of MPs. The Deputy Minister of Justice Ibrahim Ibrahimi, the President of the Commission for Protection of the Right to Free Access to Public Information Janko Nikolovski and the Director of the State Administrative Inspectorate Dimitar Georgievski will have their address at the workshop.
The workshop will be held in two parts – the first for debating on issue “Possible improvements in the practice and the legislative in the field of right to administrative surveillance”. Further on, the University professors Borce Davitkovski and Ana Pavlovska – Daneva will speak on the issue of the procedure of submitting complaints in the Commission for Protection of the Right to Free Access to Public Information and the execution of the effective decisions and complaints, after which a discussion of the mentioned issue will follow. Besides the representatives of the mentioned institutions, representatives of the OSCE Mission in Macedonia, the Embassy of Great Britain in Macedonia, the non-governmental sector, as well as members of the Directorate for Protection of Personal Data are expected to take active part at the workshop.
