Members of the Commission for Protection of the Right to Free Access to Public Information and the employees of its expert service have participated today at the training for the second degree commissions, as independent organs of the state management, which in accordance to the planned annual program is being realized by the representatives of the State Administrative Inspectorate. The training is a part of a Project by which this organ of the Ministry of Justice is planning this year to cover about 1000 civil servants and public administration employees. The focus of this two day training was on the novelties and the obligations of the organs and the civil servants that emerge from the implementation of the new administrative legislation. The representatives of the State Administrative Inspectorate, through concrete examples and interactive communication with the participants, pointed out to the need for a correct application of the Law on General and Administrative Procedure and the Rulebook for content, ways and forms of registering the administrative statistics; application of the provisions for office working with an accent to the Guidebook on the ways and technique of proceeding with the documented and archived materials, as well as the Law on Proposals and Suggestions.
