CELEIn organization of the Academy for judges and public prosecutors in cooperation with the Commission for Protection of the Right to Free Access to Public Information, today in the premises of the Academy was held training on topic: ,, Free access to public information’’. With the large number of judges and public prosecutors from all of the appellate areas, judges from the Administrative and the Higher Administrative Court, professional collaborators and persons obligated to mediate public information from these institutions, Cvetan Stanoeski from the Secretariat of the Commission referred with the most important provisions from the Law for free access to public information. Through analysis of the existing experiences from the application of the Law and the presentation of separate examples from the practice, were clarified numerous dilemmas, present in the participants, from the meaning for the correct application of the Law on Free Access to Public Information.
