Today, in the Academy for judges and public prosecutors in Skopje was held Seminar on topic:,, Free access to public information/personal data and their protection’’, that was intended for judges and counsellors from the Administrative and the High administrative court. In the seminar participated members from the Commission for Protection of the Right to Free Access to Public Information ,KaterinaDimeska and representatives from the Secretariat, as well from the Directorate for Protection of Personal Data.CvetaTrajkovska andJordankaStojkova from the Secretariat of the Commission in front of the attendees, spoke on the topic: ,, Law on free access to public information, current experience from the application’’. Judges and counsellors were familiar with the Law for Free Access to Public Information and the results from its current practical application.
Dr.DobrinkaBorisovaGospodinova from the Directorate for Protection of Personal Data, spoke on topic: ,, Law for Protection of Personal Data, current experiences from the application- Access to judicial decision in correlation with the right of protection of personal data and upcoming amendments of European regulation for protection of personal data’’.
