ESTONIAIn organization of European Commission by the TAIEX instrument, representatives from the Commission for Protection of the Right to Free Access to Public Information, on May 31 and June 01 was realized official visit in Republic Estonia.
 In Talin, representatives of the Commission realized meeting in the office of the Academy for e-governance and the Inspectorate for Protection of Personal Data, and it was discussed on topic ‘’ The system of electronic access to public information and its implementation of Republic Estonia’’.
 Representatives of relative institutions of both countries had the opportunity to exchange experiences and knowledge with the purpose to improve the access to public information in accordance with the new technological achievements and the same to implement it in Republic Macedonia by the example of Estonia.
   In this context  the director of Academy for e-governance, Mr  ArvoOt, Mr IvarTalo and Ms Lia Hani presented practical experiences from 3 modules: ,, Management of changing in the government ‘’, Informational rights and legal framework in information society’’ and ‘’ Framework for interoperability in Estonia’’.
   The delegation of Commission for Protection of the Right to Free Access to Public Information alsorealized meeting with the director of the Inspectorate for protection of personal data in Republic Estonia, Mr Vilar Pep. At this point the host presented 2 modules in relation with the topic:,, Access to web-base of public information’’ and Security of informational system of the state, local governmental agencies and other grantor of services’’.
The president of the Commission Mr PeceTashevski and the director of the Inspectorate for Protection of Personal Data of Republic Estonia, Mr Vilar Pep signed Memorandum for cooperation with the purpose to strengthen the cooperation between two institutions. With this act, both institutions confirmed the way and the form of cooperation for questions in relation with the improvement of the right of free access to public information and are obliged to develop reciprocal cooperation in this zone, with respect of the legislature of its countries and with respect of needs and concrete possibilities. This cooperation includes exchange of practical experiences and knowledge between experts of two institutions for easier security of public information, as well the field of financing of projects by using EU financial instruments.
