CVETAIn accordance with the adopted annual program and the plan for April, today in the Commission for Protection of the Right to Free Access to Public Information was held training for officials from public institutions in Skopje.
  The trainers from the Secretariat of the Commission familiarized the participants with the history and the development of the right for free access to public information in Macedonia, and by presenting of the Law, officials gained knowledge for the procedure on requesting public information, complaint and misdemeanor procedure, as well the obligations of information holders preparing Annual report. The participants of the trainings made questions in relation with certain dilemmas that are in the implementation of the Law, and were reviewed some current examples from requests that were directed in the address of pupils and student homes, institutions and other public institutions.
