MAINTENANCE OF NEW WORKSHOPS AND ROUNDTABLES WAS AGREED TODAY

The Commission for protection of the right to free access to public information and the OSCE Mission to Skopje this year will continue cooperation in the area of implementation of the Law on Free Access to Public Information, which started in 2012. This is a result of the Memorandum of Understanding signed today by the President of the Commission Pece Tashevski and Head of the OSCE Mission to Skopje, Ambassador Ralf Breth.

Both sides are agreed in the period from the signed of the Memo until 30 of June this year, to produce six two days workshops with 25 participants. With this project will be enclosed 41 municipalities as following: Kumanovo, Kriva Palanka, Kratovo, Sveti Nikole, Rankovce, Staro Nagoricane, Lipkovo, Stip, Kocani, Berovo, Delcevo, Makedonska Kamenica, Probistip, Zrnovci, Pehcevo, Veles, Kavadarci, Negotino, Caska, Rosoman, Gradsko, Lozovo, Demir Kapija, Prilep, Krushevo, Demir Hisar, Makedonski Brod, Kichevo, Krivogashtani, Radovis, Strumica, Valandovo, Gevgelija, Dojran, Bogdanci, Cair, Karpos, Kisela Voda, Centar I Aerodrom. Every unit of the local self government, on the workshops will be represented with 5 participiants (officers and officials responsible for handling public information), as well as Heads of regional offices of the Agency for Real Estate Cadastre and the Administration of the property rights.Thursday411913

Starting from September until the end of this year, the Commission and the OSCE Mission to Skopje, based on the signed Memorandum for understanding have in plan to maintain three one day roundtables.
