SEMINAR INTENDED FOR JUDICIAL AND OFFICIALS OF PUBLIC PROSECUTOR

In the Academy for judicial and public prosecutors in Skopje, today was held Seminar on the topic: ‘’Free Access to Public Information, Protection of Personal Data’’, intended for judicial and officials of public prosecutors from appellate areas Skopje, Gostivar and Shtip.
   On the topic,, National right of free access to public information, current experiences of the application’’, spoke Cvetan Stanoeski from the Commission of the Right to Free Access to Public Information.
   Dr.Dobrinka Borisovska Gospodinova of the Directorate of Protection of personal data referred to the ,,Protection of personal data in Republic of Macedonia and access to judicial decision and the publication of judicial judgments of internet.
