ЈОВАНToday in the premises of Commission for Protection of the Right to Free Access to Public Information, according with determined annual plan and program was held training for officials of public enterprises and institution, municipalities and representatives of juridical persons which execute public authorization.
   The training on topic:,,Right of free access to public information’’ was realized by lecturers of Secretariat of the Commission, with the purpose of raising the degree of familiarity and informing of officials for the problem which the Commission treats.
   The attendees were familiarized with the history and the development of the right of free access to information in Macedonia, as well with the provisions of the Law. Also, the persons obligated for the implementation of the Law in their environments, deepened their own knowledge and for the procedure on requesting public information, complaint and misdemeanor procedure, as well for the obligation of information holders to prepare Annual report. With proactive participation of the attendees, were reviewed some current examples of the requests that were directed to officials from the mentioned institutions.
