KATEIn accordance with the drafted annual program, today in the premises of the Commission for Protection of the Right to Free Access to Public Information was held a training for officials who mediate with public information.  The training on topic: ,, The right of free access to public information,, was realized by trainers from Expert service of the Commission, and the target group were persons that mediate with public information from high educated institutions and high schools from municipalities of Skopje.
   The purpose of the training is to raise the public awareness and the degree of familiarity of persons obligated for the implementation of the Law for free access to public information and the obligations of information holders that arise from it, also the way of realizing the right of free access to public information.
   Along the short history for the development of the right of free access to public information in Macedonia and the presentation of LFAPI, with the explanation of the members from the Law and the terminology, the visitors of the trainings were familiarized in details with the procedure on requesting public information, complaint and misdemeanor procedure, also with the obligation of the information holders preparing annual report. With proactive participation of the attendees, were reviewed some currents examples from the requests that were directed in the address of the educated institutions.
