STATECommission for Protection of the Right of Free Access to Public Information, in its premises today organized training for officials from state institutions. The training was on topic: ,, The right of free access to public information,, and the same has a purpose to raise awareness for the meaning of this democratic right that may the citizens use it as requesters for public information and for the degree of implementation of the Law in practice by the officials.
   Trainers of the topic were experts from the Secretariat of the Commission who by interactive access familiarized the attendees with the history and the development of the right of free access to public information in Macedonia, and the second part from the same presented also by the practical examples from the Law, officials familiarized with the procedure of requesting public information, for procedure of complaint and misdemeanor procedure and for the obligation of information holders by officials to prepare Annual report. The complete part from the training was intended for officials who with examples from the current practice sets out its view over the procedures of requests that were directed to their institutions.
