Through a daily updating, the list of information holders now reached the number of 1393 institutions and other subjects that perform public interest activities. 186 of these are state institutions, 90 are from the sphere of judicial authorities, 86 are municipalities (included the City of Skopje and ZELS), 93 are health institutions and organizations, 324 public enterprises, 110 legal and physical entities that perform public authorizations, 485 are educational institutions and 19 are political parties.
The biggest growth is registered among the educational institutions, out of which in 2006 were only 3 registered, and in 2007 their number scaled to 485 information holders.
The numerous notifications and information sent by the expert service of the Commission to the holders, reminding them to respect the Law, resulted in significant widening of the list of information holders with a new 109 legal and physical entities that perform public interest activities.
