In the Academy for Judges and Public Prosecutors in Skopje, organized a training on the topic: “ Free access to public information”. The training was attended officials and representatives of the Judges authorities from: Court of Appeal, Administrative court and Higher Administrative Court, from the Basic Courts from Bitola, Veles, Gostivar, Strumica, Basic Court Skopje 2, Basic Public Prosecutor from Kumanovo and Skopje, also and from Higher Public Prosecutors from Skopje and Gostivar.
During the training, Jordanka Stojkova and Cveta Trajkovska from the Secretariat of the Commission for protection of the right to free access to public information, informed the audience with the history and development of the right to free access to public information in Macedonia, also and with the Law on free access to public information and previous experiences of its implementation.
Through the examples from the previous experiences and interactive participation, attendees expressed their view around the course of the processing on the requests which were directed to the institution from judiciary.
