The Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Supply performs the activities related to:

– observing and studying the situation with waters, maintenance and improvement of the water regime;

– hydrological, agro-meteorological measuring, as well as anti-hail protection;
– studying and researching of meteorological, hydrological and bio-meteorological occurrences and processes;
– supervision within its competence and
– it performs other activities stipulated by the Law.
