The Agency for Development and Investments carries out the activities referring to:
– realization of the development and investments program, defined favourable terms for private investments of domestic and foreign entities
– agreements on transfer of capital;
– implementation of measures of the investment policy and foreign investments;
– realization of investment activities performed by foreign persons in the Republic of Macedonia and investment activities performed by domestic legal entities abroad;
– exchange of information about investment possibilities;
– promotion and execution of the provided investments both in the Republic of Macedonia and abroad and it performs other activities stipulated by the Law.
